Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Thank you for shopping with us. This Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy explains our delivery area, customer-arranged collection and courier options, returns and refunds.

We are an Auckland-based business and currently provide our own delivery service within Auckland, New Zealand only.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from us and is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) and other applicable New Zealand laws.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that you have under New Zealand law.

1. Auckland Delivery

Our standard delivery service is available within Auckland only.

Delivery charges and any applicable delivery conditions will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

Customers outside Auckland should not assume that we provide delivery to their address.

If you are located outside Auckland, please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange your own courier or transport from Auckland.

2. Customers Outside Auckland — Own Courier or Collection

Customers located outside Auckland may purchase our products where we agree to the order and the customer arranges their own courier, freight company or transport from Auckland.

Before placing an order, please contact us to confirm that the product is available for customer-arranged collection or courier transport and to agree on the collection arrangements.

Where you arrange your own courier or transport:

  • You are responsible for booking and paying the courier or transport provider.

  • You are responsible for providing the courier with the correct collection and delivery details.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the courier or transport provider is appropriate for the product.

  • The courier must collect the product from the agreed Auckland location at the agreed time.

  • We will make the product available for collection in the condition agreed at the time of sale.

If you arrange your own courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by that courier after it has collected the product, except to the extent that applicable New Zealand law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

New Zealand law does not generally require a business to provide a refund simply because a customer has changed their mind about a purchase.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, we therefore do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we may agree to accept a change-of-mind return as a voluntary goodwill arrangement. If we agree to such a return, the following conditions may apply:

  • You must contact us and obtain approval before returning the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product should be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • You must provide reasonable proof of purchase.

  • You are responsible for the reasonable cost and risk of returning the product to us.

  • We may decline a voluntary change-of-mind return where the product is not suitable for resale or falls within the exclusions described below.

Any voluntary change-of-mind return is separate from, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

4. Outside-Auckland Return & Refund Arrangement

Where we have agreed to sell a product to a customer outside Auckland and the customer has arranged their own courier or transport, the customer may request a return and refund only where the return is permitted under this policy or required by New Zealand law.

If we agree to a voluntary return:

  1. You must contact us before sending the product back.

  2. We will provide the return instructions and Auckland return address.

  3. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier or transport, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  4. The product must be returned in its original condition, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

  5. We will assess the returned product after receiving it.

  6. If the return is approved, we will process the applicable refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Important: This voluntary return arrangement does not replace or reduce any statutory rights you may have if the product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, or otherwise fails to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If you believe that a product:

  • is faulty or defective;

  • is not of acceptable quality;

  • is not fit for its intended purpose;

  • does not match its description;

  • is significantly different from what you ordered; or

  • otherwise does not meet a guarantee required by New Zealand law,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • your name;

  • order number or proof of purchase;

  • product details;

  • a description of the problem; and

  • photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem, we may be required to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable New Zealand law.

6. Products Damaged During Customer-Arranged Transport

If you arrange your own courier or transport from Auckland, please choose a transport provider that is suitable for the product.

We recommend checking the product when it is collected and, where practical, documenting its condition before collection.

If damage occurs because of the handling or transportation of the product by a courier or transport provider arranged by you, please contact the courier or transport provider directly regarding its services and any applicable claims.

However, this does not affect any rights or remedies you may have against us under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable New Zealand law.

7. Returns Process

Please contact us before returning any product.

You can contact us at:

Email: abhishek.hpy@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Product purchased

  • Reason for the return

  • Photographs, where relevant

  • Your preferred contact details

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send products to an address without receiving return instructions from us first.

8. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the Auckland address provided by us when your return has been approved.

For security and operational reasons, our return address may differ from our trading or customer collection address.

We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions by email.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind or voluntary return

If we agree to accept a return because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the reasonable cost and risk of returning the product to us, unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty or non-compliant product

Where a return is required because the product does not meet a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will meet our legal obligations regarding reasonable return costs.

We will not use this policy to require you to bear costs that we are legally required to bear.

10. Condition of Returned Products

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, products should be returned:

  • unused;

  • undamaged;

  • in their original condition;

  • with original packaging where reasonably possible; and

  • with proof of purchase.

We may decline a voluntary change-of-mind return where the product has been used, damaged, altered or otherwise cannot reasonably be resold.

However, these conditions do not limit your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer law.

For example, the absence of original packaging does not by itself remove a valid claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

11. Products That May Not Be Eligible for Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns

Some products may not be eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return because of their nature, including products that:

  • are personalised or made specifically to your requirements;

  • are made to your specifications;

  • are perishable or deteriorate rapidly;

  • have an expiry date that has passed;

  • have been unsealed where return is inappropriate for health or hygiene reasons; or

  • cannot reasonably be returned because of their nature.

These exclusions apply only to our voluntary change-of-mind return policy and do not remove any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

12. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund under this policy or applicable New Zealand law, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe after the relevant return, cancellation or claim has been approved.

Where reasonably possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange another reasonable method of refund.

Where a refund is required by the Consumer Guarantees Act, the refund will be provided in accordance with the requirements of that Act.

13. Cancellation of Orders Outside Auckland

If you are located outside Auckland and place an order that requires delivery by us, but we do not provide delivery to your address, we will contact you.

Where the order has not yet been fulfilled, collected or dispatched, we may agree to cancel the order and provide a refund.

You may alternatively arrange your own courier or transport from Auckland if we agree to make the product available for collection.

If the product has already been collected, dispatched or otherwise supplied, the applicable cancellation, return and refund rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable New Zealand law.

14. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

For Auckland deliveries, please ensure that someone is available to receive the product where required.

If a delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, or because the customer is unavailable when an agreed delivery requires their presence, additional delivery or re-delivery arrangements may be required.

Any additional charges will be communicated to you before they are incurred.

15. Gifts

If a product was purchased as a gift, any refund or other remedy will generally be provided to the person who purchased the product, subject to applicable New Zealand law and the circumstances of the claim.

A gift recipient should contact us if they believe the product is faulty or otherwise does not comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

16. No Exclusion of New Zealand Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

In particular, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the:

  • Consumer Guarantees Act 1993;

  • Fair Trading Act 1986; or

  • any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of New Zealand law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

Please note: This policy is intended as a practical consumer-facing policy for an Auckland business. It does not constitute legal advice. If your products are high-value, personalised, perishable, food-related, health-related, or subject to specific industry regulations, we recommend having the final policy reviewed by a New Zealand lawyer before publishing it.
